Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts 21 days. You can change your mind about a purchase in the first 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase,  we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and suitable condition for resale. You must notify us within the 21 day period that you want a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any agreed items for a refund (or exchange) must be sent back to the Returns address at Mayfair House, Lurke Street, Bedford, MK40 3HZ, within 7 consecutive days after notifying LV CBD of your request for a refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Exchanges
We will replace items bought from the www.lvcbd.co.uk if they are defective or damaged. You have 30 days from receipt of purchase to inform us about a defect or fault in your product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@lvcbd.co.uk and send your item to: LV CBD, Mayfair House, Lurke Street, Bedford, MK40 3HZ.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: LV CBD, Mayfair House, Lurke Street, Bedford, MK40 3HZ.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can only give a refund for your items once they are returned to our office.
